THE CAMPESATO METHOD

Extraordinary materials that require method and protection

3K System

In addition to the primary importance of raw materials, the quality of our windows and doors is ensured by our manufacturing process. Among the most important production stages—alongside sanding following the direction of the wood grain and impregnation—is the finishing phase, carried out using the Remmers 3K System, a guarantee of quality and long-lasting performance.

This treatment creates a protective barrier against water and solar radiation, preserving the wood and enhancing its performance. Thanks to the zinc-based treatment of the substrate, each window and door is resistant to scratches, flaking, rot and wood-destroying fungi, while maintaining colour stability and finish durability over time.

A protective shield
A shield made of hybrid resins capable of reducing the effects of the combined action of water and sunlight on wood.
“Zinc treatment” system
A zinc-based system that stabilises lignin (the softer part of the wood) through special next-generation additives.
Biological protection system
A biological protection system for the substrate, using a special certified biocide blend effective against fungi.
Pigmentation system
A pigmentation system based on mineral colourants and metal oxides that ensure long-lasting colour stability.
