Over the years, we have gone beyond the traditional concept of coating to embrace active protection: a treatment that not only enhances the natural beauty of the wood species, but also creates a protective layer against external stresses such as sunlight and rain.
Beyond the quality of raw materials, the excellence of our windows and doors is ensured by our manufacturing method. Among the most important stages of the production process, in addition to sanding along the wood grain and impregnation, is coating, which we carry out using the Remmers 3K system, a guarantee of quality and long-lasting durability.

The products used guarantee:
• the absence of chemical substances harmful to human health;
• optimal indoor air quality;
• the same level of safety used for paints applied to children’s toys, certified in accordance with EN 71/3 (migration of heavy metals).

We recommend the simple use of our water-based Wood Revitalising Spray, a product designed to refresh the surface of the wood, whose structure has already been protected through nanomolecules, a four-stage coating cycle and, more generally, our production method.

Gaskets
We have developed a profile that ensures excellent resistance to air drafts and water infiltration.
An additional gasket can be fitted to further improve acoustic insulation.
We provide a 10-year warranty against permanent deformation of the gaskets.

We use only first-quality laminated wood profiles, selected from the most suitable wood species to ensure long-lasting durability and excellent dimensional stability.
Each individual component is meticulously inspected to achieve the highest standards for our customers.

Hardware
The hardware and mechanical components we use allow for various opening types, ensuring comfortable operation and low energy consumption. The locking systems are certified with the RAL quality mark and tested for 25,000 cycles. For this reason, we offer a 10-year warranty against mechanical failures.
